The Center is based in two countries with headquarters in Xiamen and a Russian branch in Moscow. Cooperation is focused on the coordination of technology transfer, talent training and project development

The project will provide 10,000 sq m of space in the Xiamen Software Park as office, research and experimental space for the Sino-Russian Research Center for the Digital Economy
